Not exactly, but its 99% certain you will LOSE in arbitration. Binding arbitration takes away ALL of your legal rights and is almost always decided in favor of MBNA - that's the racket. What it will do is immediately give them a judgment, then they have to file for a writ of garnishment - IF your state allows for it. They can NOT sieze anything that is exempt - and exemptions vary by state.

You closed this account in 1999 ??? What state are you in ? When did you last pay MBNA ?? This is important, as its possible the statute of limitations could have expired if you're in a short SOL state.
