I was wondering if I could do bk and keep this car. I bought it right after my father came out of the hospital for a brain surgery. I needed a car where I could fit a walker in the back sit, and a wheelchair with special size in the trunk. He still has another brain aneurysm, and he won't be able to walk without help anymore due to the stroke he had. I live with both parents, and I pay all their expenses
Can I use this with medical records to make a petition to excempt my car from bk and keep it?. Or it depends of the Chapter of bk that I will apply for?
