You probably are not going to get any cards with that high a debt ratio. If you are just looking for more credit to improve your ratio go apply at carterlumber.com . It is a store card but they are quite generous with the credit lines at least as far as store cards are concerned. You will probably get one around 1500-2000. You may not have the store near you but alot of people on creditnet applied just to have an extra tradeline. They do allow you to take part of that money out at an ATM however. You can also try bestbuy.com and target.
