You say he is getting "SSI" do you mean social security supplemental income in addition to a basic benefit? Or did you mean he is getting Disability Income Benefits. If he is getting disability income benefits, then he is younger than 65. A judgment lasts for 20 years in Wisc., although he has no assets or income now, it is possible that within the next 20 years his health or circumstances might change.
