whychat...in my state's motion filing instructions it states that when I receive a signed copy of judge's order I am required to, as moving party, to provide a copy to all other parties involved in the motion. that's why I did it. is that ok? also, the case is in continuance as Ca's atty sought more time for discovery. CA's atty. was granted the request. I answered their q's and sent in my own interogatories after that. Then, when I recently received the judge's order, I filed a motion for discovery and requested specific docs in the motion. Now, I am waiting for the judge's order on discovery. Is the plaintiff still liable for the interogatories I sent them? Thanks
