I don't believe the BBB would kick anybody out for "complaints" as long as they were paying their mambership fees.

Now PERHAPS if the new owners (a Foreign based Corp.) were indicted on RICO charges, or if the managers were put in jail for fraud, the BBB MIGHT consider cancelling their membership.
