IT is simple really. The BBB allows them to continue the abuse because Camco pays them big bucks to do so. If you have a complaint then they just fold and give you what you want. You will notice a new complaint up called unpursable. I believe that one is mine after my last call in which he threatened me. I found it funny really but when I made my complaint to the BBB they just closed it because there was no way for camco to respond. This shows what a joke the BBB is. I have never heard from either the BBB or Camco on this also.
