my last payments that where on time was about octoberr of last year but on the personal loan was in december. im trying to get a new job soon as i can but one crediter that calls me daily told me all employment now look at credit reports for bad credit so this adds to my pressure is this true? if they get a judgement how long will it stay on my records if i dont ever pay it? thankyou for the help!
