We just received a letter from this company, (or whatever they are)today. Having had our chapter 7 bk discharged last September, I dedided to call them and give them our bk case number. they told me that our bk would prevent them form having us arrested for a check written at least two or more years ago (I can't even remember writing a check to the place they claim I did). They told me to have my attorney call their attorney which I forward to our attorney. Then I decided to look them up on the web. I found this site and began reading the various comments. It sounds to me that this a fraudulant company, and it is them whom we should be "criminally prosecuting". Isn't this type of harrassment that led to our filing bankruptcy in the first place????????? I'm going to bookmark this site, and let you guys know what our attorney says. I just left another message for him regarding this web site, as well. Good luck to those who are still being harrassed!
