Maryland repo question
>>The "X" equation is simple- If the repo was not done in COMPLETE accordance with your State's motor vehicle finance laws, including notice of sale, complete accounting of proceeds and WRITTEN notice of a deficiency from the sale, with PROOF that you were given all required notices, unless you WAIVED all your rights when yu turned the car back in, THERE CAN BE NO DEFICIENCY.<<

I didn't get any of these things!!!

Please help. Please see my post "No way out of lemon..."

There seem to be irregularities with my Ford Motor Credit's handling of this derogatory entry.

Also, I wrote a letter some time ago to Equifax and said the account was in dispute, they wrote back quickly and said it was verified and said it was verified. How can I still have an open credit amount of $26,000 and there yet there be no balance, while it states voluntary reposession?

My life is hard enough as it is, and I thought I would have to lay down and just take it...you know? But maybe if there is an irregularity with the repo or the entry...maybe I can find some relief.
