Hi!

I had a CA threaten to put a charged off debt from 8/90 back on my credit report. I know this can't happen leagally. "This can go back on your credit report for 7 years, Since we bought the debt it is now considered a new debt, so it can go back on" I know this is just intimidation. The Credit Report B. would not even accept with charge of date of 8/90. It probably won't make a difference if I make the complaint....it's a he said she said thing. But, I feel strongly about this one. They can'teven tell me correct name of the OC.The letter states the amount is owed to the previous collection agency. The first rep told me it was for a floral service...ha ha...then I spoke to someone else they gave me a name of a BankOne as OC and said it was a loan. I am well aware of what this old charge off is. Differnt bank and it was a credit card. I plan today to write the validation letter. But, I want to file a complaint also, is it wise to do it at the same time?

This agency, Allied, really gets my goat. Not unlike most feel about CAMCO. I have them too, they leave me alone, beleive or not.

Also, does anybody know if parking tickets have an sol?

Thanks,
ABy
