Calls are ineffectual but I can understand your need for doing so. Call them again and ask for their 'legal department'. Hopefully, you'll get a REAL supervisor or someone with real authority. If the drone receptionist asks why you want the legal dept, tell them you're going to sue them and you want to talk to their legal people. That should get their attention. Have a very firm letter ready to fax demanding the proof of settlement/payment letter that you were promised and you want it immediately or you will turn it over to your lawyer. Your license has been suspended, you are unable to function in your profession and you will sue for damages.

You may not have to go that far, but most of these moronic CA's will snap to if they think they really WILL be sued. If you're in a one-party state, tape them.
