I also had a repo in texas in oct 2001. I am currentyly being sued of the defiency amount of which i was never notified of after the sale. They came to my home and got my car while I wasn't there and I never heard a word from them until Jan 2003. Now they want to put a judgment agsainst me for 9,ooo. What can I do to protect investment property in another county besides my homestead? Please Help Me jewels
