I am a litigation and appealate attorney in a medium sized firm. The firm handles pretty much everything except for family law and some specific areas of federal law (i.e. environmental law.) My cases are typically "plaintiff's" cases (med mal, mine injuries, product liability, etc..) and property law, a little bit of criminal (appointed), and a little bit of insurance defense. Most of the attornies here don't enjoy appeals, whereas I do, so I do appeals on a wide variety of issues.
