Funny article. People write this stuff like we live in some kind of utopia. I see articles about disputing info on your credit reports that is not yours. In their lala land we just put in a dispute and voila the baddie is gone. In reality the CRAs put you through living hell and after 2 years of frustrtion you have to sue them for 5 million bucks to get it removed. Then we are suppose to just call the nice CA and work things out. IF the bill is not ours we just tell them and get it removed. HAHAHA. More like tell them it is not yours and get called a liar and a deadbeat. Tell them you cannot pay now but in a couple months and they call you scum and threaten to sue you. Let them know you will make payment arrangements and 2 weeks after your agreement they call you up telling you it is not enough and to pay now you piece of crap or I will harrass you 20 times a day. What a joke.
