As for their crap about 'recovery' of 2-4 years. Yeah...maybe in 2-4 years I'll be recovered financially from the $$ horrors and layoff from last year. The problem is that, even if I can, in 2-4 years, afford to finally pay the debts, they won't ask for PART of the money or even accept payments, they come after you with their usual vengence and want it ALL AT ONCE - not just the original balance, but with 2-4 years of interest and other fees tacked on !!! So.. so much for recovery facing that kind of intractability ! Anyone who is finally recovering and getting back on their feet certainly does NOT want to be faced with suddenly having to fork out huge sums to a slimeball CA - the memories of the long difficult road to recovery are, once again, staring you in the face. Gee.. no wonder after 2-4 years people STILL may not want to pay ?? You finally pull yourself out of the hell pit of financial ruin and the grim reaper with the CA hat on comes swinging his scythe at you !! Yeah.. right.. and all those nasty threats help a whole lot to a financially bruised and battered debtor. The last thing I need is a thug harrassing me for more money than I could ever come up with when I'm finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and back on my feet.

Get real.. get a LIFE !!
