I'm sorry, but creditors and collection agencies are LAST on my list of priorities. I AM seriously considering bankruptcy. Sooner or later the collection agency holding that 2nd mortgage is going to sue me its a large sum - bankruptcy papers will be their answer to their lawsuit. My debts to other creditors are not so huge, so its not likely they'll sue me any time soon. I was never dumb enough to fall for Discover's 'rebate' fraud, and Cap1 has NEVER been in my wallet - never will be.

So, since the neither the creditors nor the subsequent collectors would work with me in any way that would allow me to live in something besides a cardboard box, my attitude today is 'screw 'em'. If I can manage to pay something off, I will do so. I was not raised to duck out on bills just for grins. My attitude has changed considerably since experiencing the horrid treatement by the credit/collection system. Bankrupty, though, is the most likely outcome to this saga. I should have done it 3 years ago after I lost the house.

You, Mr. Collector, probably sit there and still judge me - lemme tell you - I DON'T CARE what you think. Its my life and I will live it MY way and money and morals don't go together.
