Thank you...I have tried speaking to them over the last week and have tried to have them fax over or mail an agreement that if I paid the $1,200 they would mark my CR as Paid as agreed, they are giving me no help. If I do settle and they mark the CR settled, will my score increase over the next months if I continue paying my other cards in full, on time?
