I browsed through some WA cases, but the WA courts have not ruled on this issue directly.

It would appear though, that follows the majority rule and treats all suits arising from the sale of goods as falling under the 4 year Article 2 SOL. Even those involving a security interest and a financing agreement.

BTW, I know it was probably confusing, but Maryland is the leading state in the majority that says that Art. 2 applies to all aspects of a contract for the sale of goods.
