I only said it was illegal to collect time barred debts in california. I was not even aware of minnesota so if you care to provide proof then please do so. Nobody said it was illegal to call and employer or neighbor. We said it was illegal to call the employer if a cease and desist order was sent and it was illegal to discuss the debt with the neighbor or continually call. As for setting them up, surely so. You will notice my primary posts concern setting up Camco. I say this because camco uses their abuse and harrassment to the extreme while hiding behind a 2 party consent taping state. The best thing to do is get them on tape making their illegal threats. As for the attorneys, surely so I tell people to contact them but once again this is strictly Camco. I do not know the attorneys personally but will take great joy knowing that camco will be hit financially. Once again you are brushing on a broader topic than it actually is. My vendetta is against Camco.
