Oooh oooh, I think I found it!!

Article 9 says anything that falls under article 2 that is secured "locks in " the rights and remedies under article 9 (disposition of collateral, etc), BUT article 9 also says that anything contained within article 9 doesnt apply to the actual contract and rights allowed by article 2. So, it seems article 2 would prevail as far as sol and article 9 is just for recovery and disposition of secured goods. It also states that Federal laws supercede (in "scope" of state ucc).

Did I just confuse the hec out of you?? Or does this just not sound right at all??
