Now, I know you and I see the reasoning, but I guess the only opinion that counts would be WA courts, lol. Is the legislative comment to Article 9 found in the federal UCC? Which comment is it and I will see if it is in the state UCC for WA. If Maryland noticed the distinction, yet still construes that Article 2 prevails for sol, but NC doesn't, why the difference, I wonder? This is pretty fun...now that I know I should be okay, hee hee.
