The basis for legal action is number one no one here can remember or has a record for any of these checks they claim we owe. If the checks are not legitimate this is a scam, THAT IS ILLEGAL. Number two it is as previously stated in earlier replies, illegal for a company to threaten criminal action as a means of collection and NOT FOLLOW THROUGH, the key is follow through, NCC can not follow through because they are not the "victim" I don't know about anyone here but I never wrote a check to NCC. Therefore again there tactics are illegal. I have wrote to seven on your side, filed several compaints and I want them exposed as the CRIMINALS they are. Not to mention anyone of us who have been harrassed and or threatened by these people can sue for pain and suffering. The reason you do things like that is to hit 'em in the pockets, or at least win judgments, maybe they will learn a lesson or file bancruptcy one all I know is they need to stop.
