Are the messages from "Jen" from Jenna at NCC? Her responses seem very different from everyone else. Please clarify, I mean her response to April saying they issued two warrants for my arrest and I am out on bail, Is a lie, again NCC can not press charges they are merely a collection agency. For anyone interested the reason they won't tell you who the real "victim" is or who the check was for is because if they are a legitimate collection bureau they only get paid by their client if they collect on the bad debt. If they put you in contact with the real deal you can settle it with them directly and NCC will not get a dime. Or they could be making these checks up out of the blue and be a modern day scam.
