Could you please add me to the list, I live in virginia and have the same senario as everyone here. They threatened me with criminal action on $175.23 check telling me I was trash, cursing my wife etc. I will not send them anything, the check they claim I wrote I have no record of nor does the bank I had in 1998 when they claim the check was wrote, all I asked for was more information and I was verbally abused. I am filing a case in Virginia but I think they need a dose of tougher love. All of us together should be able to bring them down.
