What do I do?

My situation seems hopeless. I make less than I need to cover basic expenses. This is because my wife had to come home to watch our twins (2.5yrsold), because daycare costs more that she could make. So over the last 6 months all my creditors havent gotten a payment and all but one are in charge off. Whats going to happen to us? This is affecting me physically, mentally and emotionally. Not to mention what its doing to my wife and kids. It would almost be better to go work a 3rd job and pay the bills so atleast my family wouldnt have to put up with me, and cover part of the bills at the same time. I just dont know anymore. I cant get a consolidation, cant make payments, and cant kill myself. Any suggestions please!
