"Listen to the language". This is an old, tried and true maxim applied by forensic investigators, psychiatrists, neurolinguistic analysts among others.
The language of the interviewee unintentionally reveals much. "Criminals"?? Encode this by turning it around, after all it's rather amateurishly projective. About what one would expect to hear from a 'collections professional'.
Just another self description from some self loathing loser hoping to lay off his pathology on the innocent.
By the by, do the 'supervisors' of these 'collections professionals' know they are taking time away from the terror-lines thru which they harass debtors, for the purpose of posting gaseous, fatuous, dull diatribes on this web board?
Oh boy, trouble in the boiler room tonight! How can the 'management professionals' in this 'industry' pay off their crack dealers?
