Your situation is NOT HOPELESS. IMO you should RUN, not walk, and file for BK. I have never told anyone they should file for BK, but for your own sanity, you can get a fresh start with the bk.
I'm sure you will get lots of other opinions, but your FAMILY and YOU, come first, always!! Remember, everything you own is replacable, but your family is NOT!! You are worth more than anything you OWN! :) Patti
