Spoken like a true prodigy.

Previously, I had considered doing business with credit card companies. I looked at their jacked-up interest rates and figured, "Hey. I am young and stupid. I might just deserve to pay these rates to have this large credit line extended to me. Wait, it's not large. Oh, well... I'll get it anyway. It's nice to have this safety net."
Safety net my ARSE.
Because of the original creditors' unwillingness to work with me in getting their money back, and their subsequent tax write-off and collection referrals, I will never again do business with a credit card company. I will never again obtain a credit line. Hey, I read between the lines now. I am older and more intelligent. Why in God's name would I want to do business with someone who burned me?
That, my credit-issuing friends, is business.
Don't worry... no hard feelings. In a way, it's a lot like how you issued me credit, and then when I fell on hard times, wrote me off. You wrote me off and got a tax break for doing it.
Well, I wrote you off. The good news is, at least you got to do it first. That's what it's all about, right? :)

Cheers.
