We are 5 months behind on mortgage, I have started working and we are seperated. My husband has his own consulting buisness. If I file chapter 13 and we are married how does that affect his buisness? I am listed as Vice president. I can afford the house if i had to start making payments now, but I cant catch up the old payments...... HElp any advise?
