SOL for debts in FL is 4 years for cc, 5 for written contracts. Judgments are good for 7 years, but they are renewable, so they can go for a lot longer. I'd have to look up what the MAX is, they generally can't renew forever.

I *think* the limit is 20 years. WhyChat may be able to confirm this to be sure I'm reading the statutes correctly.
