Why are you filing CH13? You really need to have a consultation with a BK lawyer.

In general, if you file individually, without your husband a CH7, you MAY be able to hold off foreclosure on the house.

Your position with your husband's Corporation should not enter into an individual BK, unless you are part owner (with stock issued to you) and it can be considered an asset.

I URGE you to see a BK lawyer ASAP as there is legislation pending in Congress to change the BK laws.
