How old is this account?You say you were in CCC with it at one time, when did you LAST pay the ORIGINAL creditor DIRECTLY on a regular monthly billing statement(not through CCC), without any late charges or past due fees added. Was it included in your husband's BK? WHO is actually suing you, a collection agency?Have you checked to make sure this is an actual FILED claim? Is there a docket #? Is there a form for you to file an answer?
