Isnt that why we have people like you...to present the cases along with the interpretations of said laws that govern the rights and remedies set forth by the laws? Too bad you're not licensed in WA, or TX for that matter, lol. I'd hire you in a minute. Thanks for your interpretations. I have been searching WA cases all morning. I like your approach to the "one shin-dig" to the buyer explanation. I also see the case in point about outside financing when the buyer brings his/her own check that they obtained as a loan, not as a party ot the seller. Good points there.
