They would have to go by the Del. 4 year SOL for open account credit card contracts.

(Del. is the ONLY State where the written contract SOL is SHORTER (3 years) than the credit card open account SOL)

I would suggest that if you are contacted by phone again,you tell them to only contact you by mail.

Did you include a cease & desist in your "validation" letters?

Why, if you knew you were within SOL did you send validation letters in the first place? What were you trying to accomplish?

I don't know IF they will file suit,if they do, you should certainly be prepared to file an affadavit of your exemptions with the Court.
