When did you last pay Cellular one ? You can try validation if you want to get a full accounting of what the balance includes, but don't count on NCO to send it to you. Do NOT send a C&D if you're well within SOL. If you don't want them to call you any more, then a LIMITED C&D may work, limit them to MAIL ONLY.
