On April 9, 2003 (yesterday), I called and spoke to the same person, Rain Ramirez. I questioned why the amount was more than three times the check amount. Rain told me a charge of $75 was for "processing-for the agency to obtain a lawyer for them". I said I won't pay that amount then she yelled "We will see you in court!" Then hung up. I called back and said I didn't appreciate her hanging up on me. Rain yelled "Well you said you were not going to pay it so we are going to sue you and see you in court". She hung up on me again.

I was shocked with the way this person was on the phone. I never yelled or used a disrespectful tone with her. I want to take care of this but it would be impossible with the way these people work.

I am thankful to find this website when I searched for more information for this company. It reassures me to know I am not alone but I am concerned as to why this company is still around after reading these stories.
