Ack.. Ohio. Well, the SOL is maybe 4 and maybe 6 years.. LOL. If its 6 as debated here, then the SOL expired on that thing last month. Bingo.. no lawsuit .. say goodbye !!! The thing will also drop off your credit report naturally in a year or you could wait a bit and use WhyChat's special letter to dispute the debt as obsolete. Send NCO a bye-bye letter, time barred debt, get lost !!
