I also got a letter from these "debt collectors" then as everyone else here , I got verbal abuse even though I told them I was ready to pay. I am glad that I did not after reading all this. However I do want to make good on this so I contacted the company for which the check was written and told them of this site asked them to look it over and see if they could help me in finding a way to make good on the money without NCC getting a dime. The lady is calling me back tommrow and checking into it to.
