SOL means statute of limitations. I don't think you have a thing to worry about, but Why Chat or Lady, or one of the other posters will be along to help you out. They only have a certain amount of time to collect the deficiency from a repo, usually 2 years and that is if the papers were served properly, and the steps followed in accordance with state laws. Do you happen to know when the car went back?
