I hope you saved some of those posts. In them they clearly talk about the debts of some of the posters here in violation of the FDCPA. This is an example of rats jumping off a sinking ship. I believe that within the next 6 months this business will cease to exist. They have been too bold in their violations and have left a paper trail a mile long. Usually when these scum agencies violate the laws they at least have the brains to try and hide their handiwork. Through sheer arrogance NCC has provided the ammo to efficiently kill them off. When a company has already been investigated and fined by the ftc and lost a rather large class action suit they usually keep a low profile. Second offenses with the FTC will result in not only the end to their criminal actions but hutchins(he does not afford a mr. at the front of his name) will be banned from future collection activities. For those of you who have been victimized for a legitimate check I would advise you to get ahold of the original check holder and pay them directly. Make them aware of NCC and their criminal organization. Simply tell them to call the New Jersey Attorney General to find out all the information they could possibly need. Heck, refer them here for a little light reading. If you call these scum then tape them. NJ is a 1 party consent state. 5 minutes of this conversation would have me running to my courthouse to file suit. When you do so subpeona them for information as to who the collector was(their real name) and sue them too. The FDCPA allows you to file suit against the employee as well. Hit them with a judgement and garnish them. file with the FTC. I am sure they would be thrilled to hear about NCC once again. Go to ripoffreport and file so that your reports hit the search engines. File with the BBB so that you create a record there. Join the class action suit getting underway. Make your complaints to western union about their behavior. Use planetfeedback for this. The whole idea is to be heard.
