I checked into bk today and was told that the cost is anywhere between 1500-2700. I cant afford that. I thought about calling and trying to settle, i have already been offered less than 50% of the owed balance which is actually about 65% of the original. Once again though, NO MONEY. I am seriously considering filing on my own. In Re.
I was told by a paralegal that i would just piss the judge off and he would look at it as some kind of joke. what do you think?
