They're based in Delaware, right? No usury laws there.
They can essentially tack on whatever fees they want to, as long as they're outlined in the original agreement you signed. They probably aren't charging you off on purpse, just to rack up the debt to a level where they can charge it off to a company at a profit, then have them worry about you.
