If you have been served with papers, you should file your answer with the Court. The car was voluntarily repossesed, and there is NO WAY that any legitimate claim can be made by ANYONE for any deficiency or balance due.

I am sorry you have not found a lawyer to help you, try the NACA website on my site for a consumer lawyer near you.

You can file your own answer with the court, stating the account is not valid as there was no claim at the time for any deficiency, and any possible claim now is long since time barred.
