Explanation of legal term please - WhyChat or Lawguy. What WhyChat describes, the new contract, etc. I used on another site over a similar SOL question.
A lawyer there said that what I was referring to was called a 'novation' and didn't apply. Ok.. so what's the definition of this 'novation' ?
