If you're sure this was in your BK, do NOT pay these dirtbags a single penny !! If the debt was included, they are violating FEDERAL BANKRUPTCY LAW by even contacting you about it !

Check your creditor matrix. If this is on there, send these clowns a cease and desist and in it you also tell them the debt was included in bankruptcy case # xxx discharged xx/xx/xx and if they ever contact you again you will file a complaint with the Federal BK court and they will be subject to fines and sanctions as well as suing them personally !
