If anyone remember I was helping a lady who lives near me with ASSet acceptance. They are sueing her on a 13 year old cc debt and are trying to say it is a written account. Out of sheer stupidity they have now reaged the account with a last date of feb 2003 and placed it on her credit report. How they think they will possibly get away with this is behind me. I am drooling at the chance to go with her to court.
