You need to have proof of service of ANY & ALL documents you send to ANYONE. CRRR is the only way to go, unless you go personally and have his receptionist sign a proof of service form.

As to his license to practice- have you checked with the State Bar Assoc. ? If they don't have him, then you need to send the Bar assoc. a letter for THEM to sign stating as of tht date he was not admitted to practice.

THEN, you submit THAT letter to the Court.
