Thanks for the story... what good is an opinion if you dont know where it is coming from. I updated my budget today and found that if I file, it will have little to no effect on my bottomline. This is discouraging, but I think if we have a couple of months of good parttime construction work, we might be able to afford some sort of settlement.

Thanks for spilling it, it helps to see other people going through the same mess.
