Claiming that people who give opinions at no cost to those who ask for them constitutes tortious interference proves yet again that the the three pronged spear of the CA's is always the same, the BBB - Bluster, Bullying, and Blarney.
claiming that the printed words here constitute tortious interference with contract is as absurd as some mob capo suing the cops for same, claiming that he had a contract with the hit man to rub out his competitors in the loanshark rackets.
Along come the cops, they stop the hit, the competitors prosper to the dyspeptic consternation of the mobster. Aha, what a case, the mobster suffered loss due to the propering of his competitors whose hit was 'interfered' with by those evil, bad, doody-head cops.
The CA's again show the typical mindset of the criminal, crying when they are told 'no'. A silly point to be sure, but apparently even if they've heard of the First Ammendment, well, again, like the thugs whom they emulate, rules apply to others and not them.
It's tough sometimes being downwind of these steaming cow lumps.
